Our CrossFit Teen Summer Program is designed specifically for youths aged 12 to 17. Teen Summer program offers flexible durations of 1-hour sessions over 1 to 4 weeks, featuring engaging activities such as strength training, gymnastics, and cardio exercises like biking, rowing, and running.
These sessions are not only fun but also focused on improving health and fitness. CrossFit Teens is a unique fitness program for teenagers. It’s more than just a smaller version of adult CrossFit; it’s a complete system designed for the growing needs of young people. Since 2004, it’s been shaping the future of fitness and is now available at Functional Performance Fitness. It’s a program that builds strength and fitness through fun, Teens work out together, making fitness fun and social while getting stronger and more athletic. They do all kinds of movements that are essential for play – like pulling, pushing, running, throwing, climbing, lifting, and jumping – all taught by our certified CrossFit coaches. It’s about overall fitness, making teens better at any sport they try. The program focuses on improving their confidence, heart health, energy, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and precision. It’s all about helping teens love fitness for life. |

Our program is tailored for teenagers aged 12 to 17 years old. We understand the unique developmental needs of this age group and design our workouts accordingly.
No prior fitness experience is required. Our program is designed to accommodate participants of all fitness levels, from beginners to more experienced athletes. Our certified coaches will provide guidance and support throughout the sessions.
We provide all the necessary equipment for the program sessions. Participants are only required to wear comfortable athletic clothing, bring an indoor pair of athletic shoes, and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during workouts.
